Reframe how you look at culture programming, through the lens of "culture signals." Learn how to identify weak signals from strong signals, to change the economics of your culture spend for higher impact and better payback.

Identifying weak culture initiatives that are diverting too much of your culture budget into efforts that offer little or no payback.

Designing a breadth of strong culture signals that you haven't done before for consideration to add to your culture plan.

Decision-making criteria you and your team can use going forward to stop you from pursuing and investing in culture programs that are unlikely to yield payback.
